Medical and/or health data you enter in POCKMED application is not shared with third parties and never will. All the data entered by user in POCKMED is stored locally within the user device.

USER DATA AND INFORMATION SHARING

Ruthenium Alpha do not store, backup, copy, supervise, or share any user data except when any customer sends an email or feedback from his/her device. This information will not be shared or disclosed to anyone under any circumstances. We believe in user privacy, and we will not misuse or sell any of the user data shared with us. We do not collect or receive any diagnostic data through this app directly beyond what is provided by Google as part of the participation in their Developer Programs. This diagnostic and usage data includes, but not limited to, the operating system version, app version, device type, and any app crash logs, etc and this data does not contain information from which users can be identified by name.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION SHARED

Ruthenium Alpha use the information received from our users of this application (through e-mail or feedback form) for troubleshooting, bug fixing, and app improvement purposes only. The diagnostic and usage data provided by Google does not contain any information from which users can be identified by name and this data is used by Ruthenium Alpha to fix bugs and improve the application.

USER CONTENTS

All the input User provide while using POCKMED app will be processed locally in User device. Ruthenium Alpha do not collect, store, backup, copy, or supervise any user input to the app. Ruthenium Alpha do not claim ownership of any content created by POCKMED users. User has option to create data backup and use content from external platforms. Both are managed by User only and Ruthenium Alpha do not have any role in this.

USAGE POLICY

This application is licensed with Google Play. You may use this application solely for your personal use and must not be modified, reproduce, or distribute the app in any way or use it for any commercial purpose. Always download this application from the official Google Play Store to avail of the latest updated and secure version. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that all information in this application and the promoting materials relating to it are correct. However, we cannot be held responsible for any potential errors and misinformation that this application may still contain, nor for any potential damages or losses arising from relying on or applying the information from this application. Ruthenium Alpha has all the rights to terminate the offer and/or the Application support at any time. By installing this application in your device, you agree to our application usage policy.

EXTERNAL CONTENT

In some sections, user has an option to access content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of POCKMED application and interact with them. This type of service might still collect web traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when the POCKMED application users do not use it. POCKMED only store the link provided by the user. Securely accessing the content from external platforms, securing the external content, its safety and authenticity is the responsibility of the user. Ruthenium Alpha does not screen the external links and its content for any digital security threats. User is solely responsible for any issues related to external links and/or its content.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The user (here after called in this section as You) of POCKMED Application (here after called in this section as Application) expressly acknowledge that You are using the Application at Your own risk. The Application is provided "as is" and “as available” basis. The Application provider Ruthenium Alpha do not herewith provide any warranties, conditions, and liabilities of any kind expressed directly or indirectly, as well as contractual obligations or other terms and conditions including the following: its consistency, completeness, relevance, accuracy, reliability, safety, suitability for a particular use, observance of property rights warranties, their observance, market value or Your satisfaction. Ruthenium Alpha does not guarantee that the Application will work without fail or without errors, and that faults will be corrected. You are solely responsible for selecting the Application to achieve the results You want, as well as for the installation, exploitation and results from the use of the Application.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Ruthenium Alpha makes no representations or warranties with respect to any Information offered or provided within or through the Application regarding information or treatment of medical conditions, action, or application of medication. Under no circumstances, as a result of your use of the Application, will Ruthenium Alpha be liable to You or to any other person for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential or other damages under any legal theory, including, without limitation, tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Ruthenium Alpha shall have absolutely no liability in connection with the Application for:

Damages as a result of failure of performance, delays in operation or transmission, non-delivery of information, deletions of files, mistakes, defects, errors, interruptions or computer/mobile/digital device failure or malfunction;
Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by Ruthenium Alpha’s actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond Ruthenium Alpha’s control, in procuring, compiling, or delivering the Information;
Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery of the information;
Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the information from the Application.
Notwithstanding the foregoing limitations of liability, the only option in case of any disagreement with Ruthenium Alpha, partners or suppliers of related services is to discontinue using the POCKMED application.

By default, this application is advertisement free. We are directly or indirectly using any advertisements within the application.
