1. How to Fill/Update Profile Page in POCKMED?

1. Open POCKMED app and click My Profile Page.

2. Click on the Pencil icon on top right corner

3. Enter required details.

4. Click the Tick Mark icon top right corner to save your input.

4. How to backup my data in POCKMED?

1. Open POCKMED app and swipe from left to right or click the Menu button on bottom left corner.

2. Click the "Backup Data" option

3. If backup is successful, you will get a "Backup successful. Do you want to keep the backup?" message. Click option "Yes" and choose where you want to save the POCKMED_Backup.zip file. Once the location is selected, the POCKMED_Backup.zip file will be saved in that location. After successful saving you will again get "Backup successful. Do you want to keep the backup?" message. If you want to store or share the backup file to another location, you can repeat the earlier steps by clicking "Yes" option. If not, click "No" option to exit.

NOTE: Please do not rename the backup file name. If you rename the backup file, you may not restore it.

7. How to use Symptom Diary?

1. Open POCKMED app and go to "Doctor Visit" section

2. Click the "Symptom Diary" option. 

3. To add anew symptom, click the "+" button on top right corner and fill the details and click save. This will be saved in "Current Symptoms" section. All the symptoms in "Current Symptom" section will be included in report generated for doctor visit. If you do not want the symptom to appear in the report, you can click the first icon among the three icons for respective symptom. This will move it to "Past Symptoms". You may bring it back from Past Symptoms to Current Symptoms by repeating the same in Past Symptoms.

4. You can "Edit" or "Delete" the symptoms from Current Symptoms or Past Symptoms by clicking the Pencil icon or Bin icon respectively.

5.To go to Past Symptoms, click the first icon on the top right side.

10. How to generate a report before Doctor Visit?

1. Open POCKMED app and go to "Doctor Visit" section.

2. Click the "Generate Report" option. 

3. This will start the report generation process. First you may choose the required test reports  from the "Test Report" section in "Medical Data" to be included in the report and click the "Continue" button on bottom right corner. A PDF report will be generated. This can be printed or shared electronically by clicking the share button on top right corner.

13. Can I search data entered in POCKMED app?

You can do Search in the "Medical Data" section by clicking the search button on bottom right corner. Search is possible in the Medical Data section only.

16. How can I change the measurement units in fitness tracker?

1. Open POCKMED App.

2. Click on the menu icon on bottom-left corner.

3. Click on the "Measurement Units" option.

4. Select units of your choice and click Save.

Your previous weight, length and temperature data in fitness tracker will be converted to your new selection units. Also your new inputs will be in this unit.

Supported Units - Weight (kilogram, pound)  Length (centimeter, inch, foot)  Temperature (Celsius​, Fahrenheit)

19. Where my personal and medical data is stored? 

All your personal and medical data will be stored in your device only. Ruthenium Alpha or any third parties do not have access to any of your personal or medical data. The app has options to create a backup of the data. It is created locally and it is the responsibility of the user to save it in a safe and secure location. App also has option to save external links to resources in some tabs. User has to make sure that secure links are saved within the app. Ruthenium Alpha do not have any control over this. 

2. How to modify data in Fitness Tracker in POCKMED?

1. Open Fitness Tracker option from main menu page. 

2. Choose the category you want to view or update.

3. In each category, one can see plots of various entries in that category.

4. Under each plot, one can see a PLUS button with "Add/View/Delete" label.

5. To Add Data: Click the PLUS button, On the bottom right corner, click the "Add Data" button. This will open the option for adding new data. Enter required values here and click ADD to save the new data.

6. To View all the data entered: Do the steps from 1 to 4

7. Delete the data: Do the steps from 1 to 4. Then click the Bin icon on the right side of each entry to delete that entry.

5. How to restore my data from a backup file?

1. Open POCKMED app and swipe from left to right or click the Menu button on bottom left corner.

2. Click the "Restore Data" option. NOTE: Restore will erase all the existing data and data from the backup file will be display after successful restore. 

3. Choose the location where you have stored your backup file named POCKMED_Backup.zip.

4. Once the backup file is selected, the restore process will begin. Depending on the size of the file it may take few seconds to several minutes. After processing, it will show a caution message. You may Cancel or proceed with restore from here. If you If the restore option is clicked, it will complete the restore action (takes few seconds to several minutes depending on data) and show Restore Status message. After successful restore, please manually restart the app to complete the process.

8. How to optimize the storage of POCKMED app?

1. Open POCKMED app and swipe from left to right or click the Menu button on bottom left corner.

2. Click the "Optimize Storage" option. 

This will clear the app cache and remove any unnecessary or unused file.

11. How to generate an Emergency Report?

1. Open POCKMED app and click the red floating button on the bottom side. This will generate the Emergency Report/Card. Please make sure that you have given required data in "My Profile", "Medications", "Medical Data"and "Insurance" sections to get a complete Emergency Report. 

2. Once Emergency Card is generated, you may click the printer icon on top right corner to generate a PDF report,. This can be printed or shared. 

14. How to hide my DOB from the reports?

Open the "My Profile" page. You can see a "Strikeout Eye icon" on the right side of the Date Of Birth entry. Click the eye icon to hide the DOB from reports. You may notice that the icon changes when it is clicked, this says that the DOB is hidden. Click again to show DOB in reports. This option will hide DOB from - 

1. Home page

2. Emergency card & leaflet

3. Doctor visit report

17. How to set a password?

1. Open POCKMED App.

2. Click on the menu icon on bottom-left corner.

3. Click on the "PIN Verification" option.

4. Click on the "Activate PIN" checkbox.

5. Give a 4-digit PIN of your choice in the 'New PIN' field.

6. Reconfirm the PIN in the 'Confirm PIN' field.

7. In 'Forget PIN Question' field, give a question to be asked when you forget the PIN.

8. Also give the answer to the question in the 'Forget PIN Answer' field.

9. Click Save.

10. Next time when you open the app, app will ask for PIN verification.

20. How to generate a PDF of a credit card size Emergency Card ? 

1. Complete all the required fields in My Profile, Medical Data, Medications and Insurance

2. Click the Red Bell icon floating button below the screen.

3. Click the Printer icon on top right corner

4. Choose the Emergency Card option

5. It will generate a PDF of the emergency card, which you can print or share.

3. How can I convert from Fahrenheit to Celsius and save the data in POCKMED app?

Please go to "Vitals" section in "Fitness Tracker". On the bottom right corner, click the "TEMP. CONVERTER" button Enter the Fahrenheit value to be converted. It will be automatically converted to Celsius scale. Click the "Copy Celsius" to copy this value. No go to "BODY TEMP." section, click "Add/View/Delete" button on bottom left corner and c then click the "Add Data" button on bottom right corner. In the Add New Data screen, long press the "Value in C"cell to paste the data. You may save the data by clicking "ADD" button on bottom right corner.

6. How to move data from one device to another device?

1. Do the steps mentioned in question 4 in your device from which you want to transfer the data.

2. Do the steps mentioned in question 5 in your device where you want to get the data transferred.

9. How to use Pain Mapper?

1. Open POCKMED app and go to "Doctor Visit" section

2. Click the "Pain Mapper" option. 

3. This will open the "Pain Mapper" screen with a human body image, on which you can mark the pain location by just clicking on the body part where you feel the pain. Once clicked, it will put a marker and open a "Describe Pain"  screen. Here, you can give more details of the pain and click save. Once saved, this information will be added to the report generated for the doctor. You may add multiple pain points by repeating the above process. To modify any pain point, just click on it once again and do required changes and save.

4. On the top right side, you have 5 options. The first one is to delete the pain points completely from the human shape. The second one is to move the marked points to an archive. Once moved to archive, it will not appear in report to the doctor.  The third button is to move the pain data to archive (once moved to archive you can't bring it back, but you can share it or delete it). The forth button is to change the shape to male or female, the last button is to flip the human shape to front or back.

12. Where can I see the Privacy Policy of POCKMED?

Please click the Menu button on bottom left corner and click the Privacy Policy option. You may visit rutheniumalpha.com and visit the POCKMED section for the same information.

15. How to select a Primary Doctor/Physician?

For selecting a primary doctor you need to have that doctor in the "My Doctors" page.

1. Open the "My Doctors" page.

2. Click on the plus icon on top-right corner to add a doctor.

3. Give the details of the doctor and click Save button.

4. Go back to home page.

5. Open the "My Profile" page.

6. Click on the pencil icon on top-right to edit the data.

7. Scroll down the page where you can find the "Primary Doctor" section.

8. Click the "Select" button and choose the doctor which you have added in "My Doctors" page from the list shown.

9. Now you have selected the primary doctor. 10. Click again on Select button to change the choice.

11. Click the tick mark on top-right to save the details.

12. To verify, open the emergency card by clicking on the bell button on bottom-center.

Scroll down the page where you can find the "Primary Doctor" section. Click the section to call the doctor.

18. I forgot the PIN. How can I reset it?

1. Click on the Forget PIN option when you open the app.

2. It will ask the Forget PIN question you have set.

3. Enter the correct answer and click "Change PIN".

4. If the answer is valid, you can reset the PIN by giving a new PIN.

NOTE: If you forget the correct answer for the Forget PIN Question, it is not possible to reset the PIN anymore.
